Advance payment for all tours (except for the daytime GCC Grounds tours) is required to confirm your reservation. To cancel or reschedule, please provide 12h notice via email at guelphurbex@gmail.com or text 519-362-5478. Tickets are non-refundable. If cancellation notice is not received within 12 hours of the scheduled tour time, the value of the ticket cannot be applied towards another tour.
